Please check your order within 7 days of receiving it, all faults or missing stock must be reported within those 7 days otherwise we cannot replace product.
Please remember all our products are handmade and from a natural fibre, so there are going to be variations and imperfections in products, that is the nature of the product and also what makes handmade products special.
